Day 33

Let me tell you friends… the new normal is getting rather OLD. We are completing our fifth week of distance learning here in RI, and yesterday the announcement was made that we would continue this way through the remainder of the year. (No surprise, but still heartbreaking to hear.) For those of you following along at home… that means EIGHT.MORE.WEEKS. Friends, I’m not sure I’m going to make it…

I realize none of us are having fun… but really. Eight more weeks of distance learning seems like cruel and unusual punishment for all us parents.
