First Foster: Sweet Elsa

Our first foster pup was actually a respite foster. Sometimes, when pups aren’t adopted right away, life plans get in the way of fostering plans. When Elsa’s original foster asked for someone to watch her while she was away, we immediately stepped up. We had already met Elsa a couple of times at events and knew how sweet she was. We also knew she was deaf but had a few puppy signs under our belts, so we were ready for the challenge!

In the end, Elsa stayed with us for ten days. We took her to two adoption events, but sadly nothing clicked for her. She’s back with her original foster sand we are ALL hoping she finds that furever home soon!
